123Triad has a great team!

Even though I am quite versed with computers this was my first web and I had a good idea as to what I wanted but building it was a learning experience and I changed it from my original vision as I went along as a result of seeing and learning as I was completing the various pages and seeing how they all integrated with each other. I must tell you that Terry was very patient with me and the resulting website we built is awesome; much better than I had ever envisioned when I started the project. 123Triad built me a truly one of a kind custom website that far surpassed my expectations. In addition they fully integrated it into my company website so it is really two websites in one. It was interesting how the process worked and once I got used to it was straight forward. First I designed the home page and sent Terry a scan of the layout I designed along with a Word doc describing the layout with photos, text and links. I built one page at a time and after the first few pages I got to understand the system and things went faster. Every night Terry would send my design requests to his web design team and I would see the result in the morning. Aside from Terry who was there from start to finish once completed Terry introduced me to several managers and technical experts located in his North Carolina office that once completed helped tweak the site. John one of the managers also spent a lot of time with me on the phone in front of my computer to gave me a very good easy to understand lesson on how to use the text editor so now I can update information on my website myself at any time. For anyone that is using their website to run a fluid business where things are changing I highly recommend the text editor so you can at any time go into the site yourself without any additional cost and update photos, text and links keeping it accurate and up to date. Building my website was a lot of work but now that it is completed I believe 123Triad.com built a website that is unique, will be invaluable to my business and a very good value. Thank you all! Chad Argo: After finding their website I called and my first point of contact was Chad. Never having built a website before it was great having Chad to explain all of the packages and features and help me plan the overall package. 2. Terry Todd, My Project Manager coordinated my websites direction with the designers. He took my page layout drawings, text, photos and links and built a beautiful website, which took real talent because he saw my vision 2000 miles away and made it come to life. I would give Terry instructions for the next page in the afternoon and it would be finished the next morning. 3. Christy Thom: Terry was out the day my site was ready to live. Christy took charge made sure there were no delays it was quite a bit of work and at the last minute she went out of her way to help me. Great Customer service. 4. Moses: Helped me with a few technical items such as setting up the sites email which goes to Outlook and how to use my websites cpanel. 123 Triad gives you a lot of tools to modify your site and Moses showed me how to use them. 5. John: After the site was live and the text editor was added there were a few remaining bugs and John fixed them all and showed me how to correctly use the text editor which will allow you to modify text, add links and photos. This is especially useful if you are in a dynamic business where thing change and once you learn how it is simple to use. Thank you all for the great team effort and I love my website!
