As many of you have already known, any kind of software works by manipulating numbers in the binary format. This means that any kind of digital information whether it may be text, picture, an embedded program or an entire software, would be mainly comprised of 1’s and 0’s that moves along as its data. Now, these 1’s and 0’s are what we commonly refer to as a machine language. It is a language that is not understandable by humans, and thus a way of translating it into an easier form would be required.

HTML is a standard high level machine language scripting format. It is a type high level machine language because it is written in a form that is understandable by humans, and it acts a gateway between the two. The name conventions for some of the functions of an HTML script are compatible with other scripts because they can trigger the same command lines along the basic machine language format. In other words, the HTML makes it easier for the web designer to distinguish the programming format by allowing it to use different scripting format for specific web design purposes.

This gives good reason why HTML web designs of Virginia Beach, Virginia are still in business today. Given a few more decades, the HTML writing format might eventually go out of effective production. But its legacy shall forever remain, in the other writing formats that it has ever so embraced.
