Do post bulletins and blogs. It is best to post blogs and bulletins on these site rather than directly email, that way you won’t be deleted for spamming.

Do not leave your profile blank. Add as much content as you can and update regularly. A plain and boring social networking site is of no use to you. Jazz it up and appeal to your market.

It is always important for you to follow any rules and guidelines these social networking sites put in place. Remember this is a free method for promoting your site, but you don’t want to abuse it just because you don’t have to pay either.
