Many companies will be very willing to show their positive feedback and testimonials, but negative feedback should be examined. If the buyer runs a small boutique shop, they may want to be aware of a design company that gets criticism for pushing the envelope of site navigation. The buyer’s normal shoppers are most likely not interested in cutting-edge site design as much as they are in functionality. A positive for some buyers can be a negative for others.
