John Hammond is General Manager, Operations at Triad. His primary responsibility is directing the Project Management and Customer Service divisions, while coordinating with the Design and Sales groups. John studied Web Design, Graphics Design and Internet Technologies at LCC, a community college within the University of Kentucky. Prior to 2001, John enjoyed an extensive culinary career, managing several full service restaurants and cooking in some of the finest kitchens in the Southeast. He was one of the earliest employees of Triad, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. John lives in Wake Forest, NC; with his wife Noel (a Duke Nurse) and their three children; Danny, Tassie and Emma.

Brian Carter is a project manager with Triad. He was born in Orlando, FL where he had spent most of his life until moving to New Hampshire and then headed back down towards the south; landing in Raleigh, NC, where he has spent the last 6 years developing his customer service skills. A graduate of Bunn School in North Carolina, Brian excelled in Fine Art, Computer Science, and World History. Since then he has spent his spare time learning politics and furthering his understanding in the truth of what is happening in the world today. Brian has managed many sites and sent off many happy clients. As a experienced project manager he has dedicated himself to helping his clients achieve the best site for their company.

Chad’s originally from Reisterstown, Maryland. He comes from a strong senior level background of Sales Production and Sales Administration with over 10 years of experience. Chad also has 4 years experience in the internet marketing/advertising, website design, and SEO markets. He brings an affluence of knowledge of internet marketing strategies and SEO tactics to the Triad team. Chad is an extremely motivated and ambitious individual and his performance shows it. His focus on self development and constant improvement make him a great team component and team leader.  He attended ITT Technical Institute in West Covina, California with a major in Business Technology and a minor in Computer Networking Systems. Chad resides in his home in Mesa, Arizona with his beautiful wife Lindsay. He’s a loving and caring father, husband, son, brother, friend and colleague; always with something to say that will make you laugh and lift your spirits. Chad enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is a sports fanatic (huge Baltimore Ravens fan)and spends a lot of his free time winter snowboarding, loves to play Texas Hold’em, love attending Nascar races Phoenix International Raceway, loves camping, and loves to entertain guests at his home by the grill.

Chris Elliott directs Triad’s employees and clients in- Rye, NY; Denver, Colorado; and Dallas, TX.  He is married with two little girls – Alexis & Rylee; and moved to Raleigh from upstate New York.  Chris’ knowledge and quest to help others benefits Triad’s team as a whole, as well as all of his clients.  Chris strives for 100% satisfaction and aims to please everyone to the fullest extent of his capabilities. Along with his previous sales and customer service management experience, Chris has a degree in Culinary Arts and previously studied Restaurant Management.  Chris also has over seven years experience within the home medical industry dealing with home respiratory and home infusion services, and durable medical equipment. When not working, Chris loves to play pool with his friends and enjoys hosting occasional parties.

Christy Thom is a Project Manager with Triad Web Design.  Moving to North Carolina from Ohio 10 years ago saw her changing career paths from a fine art environment, as a regional manager and associate buyer for a chain of national art galleries, to the burgeoning Information Technology industry in Research Triangle Park.  Christy worked in the telecommunications industry for AT&T rising from the level of provisioning to break/fix in the realm of call center design and 800 number traffic and routing. Eventually seeking to mesh the dimensions of technology and the arts she stumbled into the world of graphic design.  Finally finding a blend that inspired both her passion for organization and her ability to be creative in the realm of technology, she started working for a variety of local restaurants and night clubs doing event flier design and event marketing.  Understanding her strengths in management and seeking to develop skills in web design she chose to delve into the originative world at Triad Web Design. A passionate photographer she has also had several local galleries and various other venues (coffee shops, restaurants and bars) displaying her artwork, most recently having been published in the Raleigh Quarterly arts magazine.

Daniel Gardner holds a BA in English from NC State University with a curriculum concentration in writing studies.  Daniel excelled as Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Supervisor, thanks in part to his years of customer service and management experience.  Having traveled extensively throughout the United States in a professional capacity, he offers a highly developed sense of task management and communication to our company, improving the experiences of both employees and clients on a daily basis. Daniel’s interests consist of music and film, particularly classic horror films from the 40’s and 50’s.  An avid reader, Daniel enjoys the works of Samuel Beckett, Michael Chabon, and Kurt Vonnegut, as well as the majority of the postmodern literary movement.  Daniel was born and continues to reside in North Carolina but has travelled extensively throughout the nation.

Heather Waugh is a performance and fine art artist that has been working as a free-lance Project Manager for many years. Heather is a web savvy woman that is excited to be expanding her skills into web development and working on the fun aspect of creativity and design when it comes to websites. An event promoter / party planner Heather is no stranger to having to make decisions on the fly and get things moving! As a photographer she also has a keen eye for design! Heather likes to keep things fun and friendly but has a strong commitment to detail and follow through. An active blogger she always has a friendly story to tell and a creative bend to any situation.

Isabel Arguijo spent her childhood in Monterrey, Mexico before moving to United States at the age of 12. After high school, she studied General Engineering at East Carolina University before making the move to Triad Web Design. Isabel has over 6 years of customer service experience in various industries that has proved extremely valuable in the day to day operations of our Project Management Dept. In addition to her continued interest in the field of Engineering, she enjoys soccer and educational documentaries and programming produced by the History Channel.

Jackie Dominguez has worked with freelance web design since 2002. She has an Advertising & Graphics Design A.A.S. Degree and three certificates: Web Designer, Graphics and Design, and Graphics and Web Design. She has extensive experience in customer service, and is bilingual in both English and Spanish. She has won several awards for photography, web design, graphics, and game design. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys photography and travel.

Jay Anikewich aka "Dr. J" graduate of SUNY College at Old Westbury with his BSc in American Music Dance and Theater has been working in the web industry since 1996. His creative talents, ambition and unique personality has brought him to be recognized among internet pioneers as "The Doctor Spock" of the industry. At 123triad Jay is looking to bring the customer the best experience possible by offering excellent customer service and timely execution. Jay recently completed his Masters in Theology at Andersonville Theological Seminary. In Jays spare time you will find him composing music and volunteering with his church. Jay has a beautiful bride to be, Doreen and a wonderful cat named Theo.

Jeff Feathers is a Project Management Supervisor at Triad Web Design with a strong background in managing IT projects and staff supervision. He and his wife moved to Raleigh in late 2009. Jeff has his B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Goshen College. His IT background includes several years experience in planning projects and developing annual budgets needed to complete those projects. Jeff worked for several years in a software and database development capacity as well. His most recent position was IT Director in a large law enforcement agency helping them improve processes and efficiencies in their record keeping. During that time, Jeff managed a staff of 10. His first job out of college was working as a Systems Programmer at a financial institution. Jeff's past experience is beneficial in assisting Project Managers at Triad Web Design exceed customer's expectations and in helping the Project Managers meet their production goals. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys reading, following sports, and spending time with family.

Jessica was born in Dallas, TX and has lived in Texas, California, Colorado & Florida as well as numerous other states before settling down in Raleigh, NC in February of 2009. Jessica graduated from San Diego State University and brings with her 11 + years of excellent customer services and management skills to Triad. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, reading a good book and spending time with friends and family. Jessica is excited about her position at Triad and is looking forward to using her skills to make every customer satisfied.

Joseph Butler has an extensive background in Marketing Management, Sales, and Customer Service. He prides himself in quality work, time management, and customer satisfaction. Joe was born in NH, traveled up and down the east, and decided to call Raleigh, NC his home in 2004. On his personal time he enjoys the beach, camping in the mountains, and relaxing at the pool side with a martini.

Joshua Kinney went to school in Upstate NY where he earned his Associates degree in Computer Systems and Networking while attending Genesee Community College.   He then furthered his education at SUNY Cobleskill for two years studying their Electronic Publishing and Marketing program.  Directly out of college, Joshua started a sales career working for a prestigious Penny Saver in NY for 2 years, then moving onward he worked in sales positions with CBS Radio advertising, and then with a printing company.  The next logical step would be to combine his sales experience with his college pursuit, and thus he found Triad Web Design.  He started off as a project manager and quickly moved into sales after just a couple short months, and hasn't looked back since.  Triad is extremely lucky to have Joshua’s expertise, experience, calm demeanor and great sense of humor on its team.

Mark Williams is a strategic and results driven business executive with experience in the development and growth of technology companies and deployment of mission critical information technology initiatives. Mark has owned his own business, founded start-ups and held executive positions in multinational corporations including Air Products, Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP), Fujitsu Consulting, Gen 3 Partners, Susquehanna Technologies, and ComputerHQ LLC. Mark has helped numerous organizations across Pharmaceuticals, Publishing, Financial Services, Non Profits, Government and Telecommunications successfully develop and deploy an online web strategy. Mark has an MBA from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science from Wilkes University. Mark, his wife and three children have lived in Cary, North Carolina since 2004. Mark and his family are originally from Pennsylvania and have lived in Boston and Washington D.C.

Melanie Wood is a native of beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. She recently moved back to NC after living for 3 years in Boston MA. She's married to her husband Mark, and has a feisty Jack Russell Terrier, Nola. She enjoys gardening, cooking, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family. Her professional career began with studies in the Hair and Make-up industry nine years ago. She has explored and practiced all aspects of the field including sales, customer service, and management. In 2008, she decided to take on a new career challenge. Melanie joined Triad as Administrative Assistant and quickly learned the business of Web Design and Marketing. She was promoted to a Business Development Executive position and have been working in that capacity ever since.

Michael Burns was born in New York and moved to North Carolina in 2002. He studied video production and CG animation before accepting a position at IBM. Michael brings over 6 years of customer service management experience to his current position in project management.  His past time interests in the fields of video game development and graphic design make him a perfect addition to our team of website development professionals.  In his free time he enjoys reading (his favorite authors are David Foster Wallace and Neal Stephenson) and playing the tenor guitar.

Mike is currently attending Wake Tech for a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. He also enjoys music production/recording and hopes to attend school for that. Mike is currently settled in with 2 local bands, playing guitar and singing back up vocals. He is originally from Lima, Peru which is where his roots are. Mike was raised in L.A., California which is where most of his personality comes from. Mike moved to Raleigh, NC 12 years ago with his parents and brother. He's been kicking it here ever since, and he loves it. Sometime in the future he plans to move to New York to pursue his music career with the connections and talent he's built for himself.

Rachel comes from Lynchburg, VA. She moved to Youngsville, NC in 2002. Having worked for a computer repair center, she gained much knowledge about computers and fell in love with the endless possibilities. She recently started at 123 Triad, as an Administrative Assistant, seeking more knowledge and new opportunities. Rachel enjoys reading, cooking, photography, drawing and has a passion for cats. She hopes to one day have a pet tiger!

Rachel Sellnow was born and raised in Raleigh North Carolina. She's married to her husband Fred, and has 2 wonderful children, Cole-3, and Addison- 6mos.! She enjoys working, dancing, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family. Her professional career began at 15, lifeguarding and coaching a swim team, as well as working in the restaurant industry. She has explored and practiced all aspects of sales, customer service, and management. This year she decided to take on a new career challenge. Rachel joined Triad as a Project Manager . She looks forward to learning and mastering all aspects of this business!

Rachel Rodriguez is a manager at Triad Web Design’s Los Angeles office. Before joining Triad, she worked within different sectors of the retail industry which eventually led to her holding a position for a company that specialized in online marketing for Real Estate Agents. Her vast knowledge of the retail industry, not to mention her personable and hard working attitude, has enabled her to succeed at Triad. Rachel is currently majoring in Business at LATTC and will soon culminate her education at UCLA.  She took to the culinary arts at a young age, and as a result, she enjoys baking all types of treats and desserts as well as cooking delicious, exotic gourmet meals for her family and friends. Rachel enjoys spending time with has 8 year old son and her husband. Rachel is Bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Rachel will be happy to help you and your business have a professional online presence.

Rebecca was born in North Carolina, but has also lived in Georgia and Alabama. Her roots are here in NC and will always call it home. She is the mother to 2 incredibly energetic boys, Riley and Connor. She loves teaching them about southern rock and country music, how to play sports, and digging in the dirt. Rebecca also loves camping, spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking. She has over 11 years experience in customer service. She came to 123Triad for new experiences and knowledge in the web design and marketing field.

Rob Spears began his post-secondary education in the field of mathematics but discovered he needed a more creative outlet. This led to separate degrees in Broadcasting and Multimedia. His talents include video and audio production, 3D animation, and Flash user interface programming, among others. In addition to his interest in all things technical, Rob is a distinguished musician (guitarist, singer/songwriter) and an avid movie fan. Originally from Michigan, Rob and his wife Erin escaped the cold northern winters to find refuge in beautiful Raleigh, NC. Triad Web Design gives Rob the chance to provide invaluable project guidance through his commitment to customer satisfaction and keen sense of design.

Ronald Tun is one of the Business Develop Executives at Triad Web Design Web Design who overlooks website design consultation at our New York Office. He is also directly responsible for overseeing face to face client meetings & growth in the NYC/Northeast region. Through continuous development and professionalism he hopes to bring on board new clients acquisitions from all industries while helping to expand Triad Web Design Web Design into multiple major cities spanning the Northeast region. Ronald is a very competitive person and extensively participated in four years of Varsity Wrestling while in High school and was named Captain his senior year. After graduating High School Ronald moved on to attending S.U.N.Y Albany where he earned his undergrad degree. He holds a B.A. in Economics & Business from State University of New York At Albany. Ronald understands the online needs of all different business industries and market places. He is very strongly knowledgeable and has past experienced understanding different design platforms of FLASH/HTML/PHP/JavaScript/MySQL within website design. Ronald can also assist with CMS, SEO needs and other forms of marketing strategies Triad currently offers. Ronald resides in Westchester, NY and is very close to his family. He has two siblings, an older brother who is currently pursuing medical school at NYU and an identical twin. Overall he is a very outgoing person and will go that extra mile to help someone in need or just pursing their goals in life. In his free time Ronald likes to wine & dine at various places and catch up with his close friends & family.

Roy Denning is a Business Development Executive with Triad Web Design. His primary responsibility is to increase sales in the Raleigh office. Originally from Western NY Roy relocated to N. Carolina in 1997. He studied Business Administration at Johnston Community College. Roy brings over 12 years of sales and customer service experience to his position. He has previously sold high end barbeque and outdoor kitchen equipment and was involved in the wireless phone industry for over 10 years, the last 3 of which he operated his own business. Roy enjoys spending his free time with his family, as well as cooking on his grill, doing home improvement projects, attending sporting events and playing baseball with his sons. Roy currently resides in Johnston County NC with his wife Heather, their 2 sons Kyle and Zackery, the family pets, 3 dogs; Harley, Layla, and Chipper, and a cat, Bingo.

Seth was born in Burlington,VT where he had spent most of his life until moving to Chicago and then moving south; landing in Wake Forest, NC. A graduate of Champlain College in Burlington Vermont, Seth earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Associates in Marketing. While in Vermont Seth worked for New England Financial and became a licensed Financial and Insurance adviser. Seth has a son named Ethan who lives in Vermont. His activities outside of work include analyzing the stock market and investing in a diversified portfolio. Seth enjoys traveling, firing up his grill, billiards, tennis, golf and spending time with his family. Seth and his wife Violeta (recent graduate of Northwestern Law School) are the proud parents of two cats.

Terry Todd was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, where he graduated from Strawberry Mansion in 1994. After graduation he entered the United States Marine Corps where he was stationed in Washington, D.C. at 8th & 1st Marine Barracks as a member of the US Marine Corps Silent Drill Team.  Terry participated in the inauguration of William Jefferson Clinton as president for his second term. He has been present for numerous White House Steak dinners and other White House functions. Upon completion of duty in the Marine Corps, Terry attended Computer Learning Center where he received an Associates Degree in Computer System Networking Technologies in November 2000.

Todd Manus was born in Raleigh, NC, studied industrial art and design at Beloit College in Wisconsin, traveled professionally around the west and pacific northwest, eventually landing back in Raleigh and calling it home.  He has extensive experience in developing database driven intranet applications for businesses, as well as many years of freelance development and design.  In his free time he enjoys the beach, golf, poker, and trading in the foreign exchange market.

Wafeeq was born in New York City and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, where thanks to his mother, he developed a love for writing at an early age.  His mother would read him and his brother bedtime stories, but instead of reading them exactly as they were written, she'd adlib parts of the stories as she saw fit to make them more interesting.  This helped develop Wafeeq's love of story telling, and it is that love for telling stories that has guided Wafeeq ever since.  Wafeeq loves writing, acting, and doing anything that allows him to express his creative side, particularly improv comedy, which he does lots of at a Raleigh comedy club called Comedy Worx, located on Peace street in downtown Raleigh.  Some of Wafeeq's favorite quotes are "the strong man is not the good wrestler, but who controls himself when he is angry," "to do a common thing uncommonly well brings success," and "the betrayal you can see is trivial.  What is truly fearsome - is the betrayal you don't see."
