General Manager
John Hammond is General Manager, Operations at Triad. His primary responsibility is directing the Project Management and Customer Service divisions, while coordinating with the Design and Sales groups. John studied Web Design, Graphics Design and Internet Technologies at LCC, a community college within the University of Kentucky. Prior to 2001, John enjoyed an extensive culinary career, managing several full service restaurants and cooking in some of the finest kitchens in the Southeast. He was one of the earliest employees of Triad, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. John lives in Wake Forest, NC; with his wife Noel (a Duke Nurse) and their three children; Danny, Tassie and Emma.

Supervisor
Chad's originally from Reisterstown, Maryland. He comes from a strong senior level background of Sales Production and Sales Administration with over 12 years of experience. Chad also has 6 years experience in the internet marketing/advertising, website design, and SEO markets. He brings an affluence of knowledge of internet marketing strategies and SEO tactics to the Triad team. Chad is an extremely motivated and ambitious individual and his performance shows it. His focus on self development and constant improvement make him a great team component and team leader. He attended ITT Technical Institute in Southern, California with a major in Business Technology and a minor in Computer Networking Systems. He's a loving and caring father, son, brother, friend and colleague; always with something to say that will make you laugh and lift your spirits. Chad enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is a sports fanatic (a huge Baltimore Ravens fan) and spends a lot of his free time in the winter snowboarding, loves to play Texas Hold'em, loves attending Nascar races at Phoenix International Raceway, loves camping, and loves to entertain guests at his home by the grill.

Development Supervisor
Chris Elliott directs Triad’s employees and clients in- Rye, NY; Denver, Colorado; and Dallas, TX.  He is married with two little girls – Alexis & Rylee; and moved to Raleigh from upstate New York.  Chris’ knowledge and quest to help others benefits Triad’s team as a whole, as well as all of his clients.  Chris strives for 100% satisfaction and aims to please everyone to the fullest extent of his capabilities. Along with his previous sales and customer service management experience, Chris has a degree in Culinary Arts and previously studied Restaurant Management.  Chris also has over seven years experience within the home medical industry dealing with home respiratory and home infusion services, and durable medical equipment. When not working, Chris loves to play pool with his friends and enjoys hosting occasional parties.
Project Supervisor
Daniel Gardner holds a BA in English from NC State University with a curriculum concentration in writing studies.  Daniel excelled as Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Supervisor, thanks in part to his years of customer service and management experience.  Having traveled extensively throughout the United States in a professional capacity, he offers a highly developed sense of task management and communication to our company, improving the experiences of both employees and clients on a daily basis. Daniel’s interests consist of music and film, particularly classic horror films from the 40’s and 50’s.  An avid reader, Daniel enjoys the works of Samuel Beckett, Michael Chabon, and Kurt Vonnegut, as well as the majority of the postmodern literary movement.  Daniel was born and continues to reside in North Carolina but has travelled extensively throughout the nation.

Jackie Dominguez has worked with freelance web design since 2002. She has an Advertising & Graphics Design A.A.S. Degree and three certificates: Web Designer, Graphics and Design, and Graphics and Web Design. She has extensive experience in customer service, and is bilingual in both English and Spanish. She has won several awards for photography, web design, graphics, and game design. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys photography and travel.

Jessica was born in Dallas, TX and has lived in Texas, California, Colorado & Florida as well as numerous other states before settling down in Raleigh, NC in February of 2009. Jessica graduated from San Diego State University and brings with her 11 + years of excellent customer services and management skills to Triad. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, reading a good book and spending time with friends and family. Jessica is excited about her position at Triad and is looking forward to using her skills to make every customer satisfied.
Business Development Executive
Joseph Butler has an extensive background in Marketing Management, Sales, and Customer Service. He prides himself in quality work, time management, and customer satisfaction. Joe was born in NH, traveled up and down the east, and decided to call Raleigh, NC his home in 2004. On his personal time he enjoys the beach, camping in the mountains, and relaxing at the pool side with a martini.

Renee Daughtry is a project manager with Triad Web Design. She has an extensive background in web design, marketing, customer service, management, sales, and whatever it takes to finish a job. Renee believes that having a good sense of humor, lots of patience, and not taking herself too seriously are markers of her successes. She also believes that clear communication and her love of producing tangible and visible results for clients makes her a great fit for Triad Web Design. When not working, Renee has many activities to keep her busy: being a gym rat, eating great food, scuba diving, traveling, reading, and sleeping every once in awhile. Her passion is teaching group fitness at local gyms. It's not your Mama's aerobics anymore; Words to live by: Smiling is optional, finishing is not; turn it up!

Rob Spears began his post-secondary education in the field of mathematics but discovered he needed a more creative outlet. This led to separate degrees in Broadcasting and Multimedia. His talents include video and audio production, 3D animation, and Flash user interface programming, among others. In addition to his interest in all things technical, Rob is a distinguished musician (guitarist, singer/songwriter) and an avid movie fan. Originally from Michigan, Rob and his wife Erin escaped the cold northern winters to find refuge in beautiful Raleigh, NC. Triad Web Design gives Rob the chance to provide invaluable project guidance through his commitment to customer satisfaction and keen sense of design.

Ronald Tun is one of the Business Develop Executives at Triad Web Design Web Design who overlooks website design consultation at our New York Office. He is also directly responsible for overseeing face to face client meetings & growth in the NYC/Northeast region. Through continuous development and professionalism he hopes to bring on board new clients acquisitions from all industries while helping to expand Triad Web Design Web Design into multiple major cities spanning the Northeast region. Ronald is a very competitive person and extensively participated in four years of Varsity Wrestling while in High school and was named Captain his senior year. After graduating High School Ronald moved on to attending S.U.N.Y Albany where he earned his undergrad degree. He holds a B.A. in Economics & Business from State University of New York At Albany. Ronald understands the online needs of all different business industries and market places. He is very strongly knowledgeable and has past experienced understanding different design platforms of FLASH/HTML/PHP/JavaScript/MySQL within website design. Ronald can also assist with CMS, SEO needs and other forms of marketing strategies Triad currently offers. Ronald resides in Westchester, NY and is very close to his family. He has two siblings, an older brother who is currently pursuing medical school at NYU and an identical twin. Overall he is a very outgoing person and will go that extra mile to help someone in need or just pursing their goals in life. In his free time Ronald likes to wine & dine at various places and catch up with his close friends & family.
Sales Manager
Roy Denning is a Business Development Executive with Triad Web Design. His primary responsibility is to increase sales in the Raleigh office. Originally from Western NY Roy relocated to N. Carolina in 1997. He studied Business Administration at Johnston Community College. Roy brings over 12 years of sales and customer service experience to his position. He has previously sold high end barbeque and outdoor kitchen equipment and was involved in the wireless phone industry for over 10 years, the last 3 of which he operated his own business. Roy enjoys spending his free time with his family, as well as cooking on his grill, doing home improvement projects, attending sporting events and playing baseball with his sons. Roy currently resides in Johnston County NC with his wife Heather, their 2 sons Kyle and Zackery, the family pets, 3 dogs; Harley, Layla, and Chipper, and a cat, Bingo.

Terry Todd was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, where he graduated from Strawberry Mansion in 1994. After graduation he entered the United States Marine Corps where he was stationed in Washington, D.C. at 8th & 1st Marine Barracks as a member of the US Marine Corps Silent Drill Team.  Terry participated in the inauguration of William Jefferson Clinton as president for his second term. He has been present for numerous White House Steak dinners and other White House functions. Upon completion of duty in the Marine Corps, Terry attended Computer Learning Center where he received an Associates Degree in Computer System Networking Technologies in November 2000.

Todd Manus was born in Raleigh, NC, studied industrial art and design at Beloit College in Wisconsin, traveled professionally around the west and pacific northwest, eventually landing back in Raleigh and calling it home.  He has extensive experience in developing database driven intranet applications for businesses, as well as many years of freelance development and design.  In his free time he enjoys the beach, golf, poker, and trading in the foreign exchange market.

Travis Lueth was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, but grew up, and spent most of his life in Vancouver, Canada.  Travis became interested in computers in middle school, taking a liking to computer programming, and 3D animation.  After graduating, Travis spent a year in upstate NY at Hobart College, before transferring to a  Technology School in Vancouver.  There,  he learned web programming.  Travis has spent the last 7 years Managing multiple restaurants and bars, subcontracting himself out to a few places to help get there new companys going.  In Oct. of 2008, Travis left Vancouver to return to his native country to help open a bar in Tempe AZ.  He was reunited with his long lost father via Facebook, and was moved to  relocate to beautiful NC after his contract was finished in AZ to get to know his biological father, step mother, and two half sisters.
