Geeta leads a diverse team of Web Designers, Graphic Artists, Project Managers, Programmers and Server Administrators that collaborates with clients from various industries. Prior to 123Triad, Geeta has held various management and technical positions with Industry Leaders. Geeta has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, She is also a Sun Java Certified Professional. In her leisure time, Geeta enjoys traveling, spending time with family & friends, shopping, movies and walking around the city. |

John Hammond is General Manager, Opeartions at 123Triad. His primary responsibility is directing the Project Management and Customer Service divisions, while coordinating with the Design and Sales groups. John studied Web Design, Graphics Design and Internet Technologies at LCC, a community college within the University of Kentucky. Prior to 2001, John enjoyed an extensive culinary career, managing several full service restaurants and cooking in some of the finest kitchens in the Southeast. He was one of the earliest employees of 123Triad, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. John lives in Wake Forest, NC; with his wife Noel (a Duke Nurse) and their three children; Danny, Tassie and Emma. |

Aaron Melamed, serves as the support specialist for both the Project Managers and clients at 123Triad. He has been with the company for several years and has seen it grow from just 12 employees to the 150 plus staff members 123Triad has today. Aaron started as a sales rep/ project manager, but moved on to become a full time project manager, and then became the ecommerce specialist for 123Triad. Aaron has a varied background in media related fields ranging from editing and shooting video, to creating special effects, to, of course web design. He has a wealth of knowledge in just about all aspects of web design and technology and it is his pleasure to be able to share that knowledge with his fellow 123Triad coworkers. |

"AC" is short for Aaron Charles Wolford, and is often time referred to as "Charles". He has seen the company grow from a budding business to where it is today. He has been working in the web design field since 1999, where he got started start working as a paid intern for the Digital Resources Center in Pennsylvania State University's Pattee Library in the Arts and Humanities Department. Right after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University with a B.A. in English and Minor in Communications, he worked full time as a web master for Pennsylvania State University's and helped them create and manage their website. AC is truly a certified tech-geek; his hobbies include repairing and constructing computers, learning new web development methods, techniques and programs, staying current with the latest web-related trends and enjoying life, friends and most importantly, family. AC strives to produce exciting web designs and user-experience for all of his clientèle, and endeavors to persevere as a key component of the 123Triad Team. |

Alexandria Friedlander represents 123Triad’s Miami, FL office. Her role as Business Development Executive allows 123Triad to utilize her outstanding communication skills and help clients both in the Miami community and nationwide who are looking to create or recreate a web site. Alexandria provides excellent guidance to her clients to realize and make happen their visions for their new websites. Her goal is to help her clients find the audience they deserve by delivering 123Triad’s professional services. Alexandria is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.

Brandon Campbell manages 123 Triad’s Los Angeles, Ca office. Since being with 123 Triad Web Design he has watched it expand from its North Carolina roots to being the first employee at the L.A. location; to continue watch it evolve as offices of 123 Triad Web Design expand across the continental USA. Before 123Triad, he was a Senior Sales Executive for a company that specialized in online marketing for Real Estate agents. He attended Cal State University, Sacramento with a major in Business Management and minor in Music. Outside of work, he is known to be a responsible family man that has been single-handedly taking care of his younger sister since she was in high school and is currently helping her to finish college at Cal State Northridge. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys being DJ and loves getting involved in Music production. It remains evident that he always strives to work to exceed expectations of 123Triad and carries the same expectations when working with his clients. |

Brian Carter is a project manager with 123Triad. He was born in Orlando, FL where he had spent most of his life until moving to New Hampshire and then headed back down towards the south; landing in Raleigh, NC, where he has spent the last 6 years developing his customer service skills. A graduate of Bunn School in North Carolina, Brian excelled in Fine Art, Computer Science, and World History. Since then he has spent his spare time learning politics and furthering his understanding in the truth of what is happening in the world today. Brian has managed many sites and sent off many happy clients. As a experienced project manager he has dedicated himself to helping his clients achieve the best site for their company. |

Brooks Webb holds a BA in Arts Applications from NC State University with a curriculum concentration in music. Brooks has quickly adapted to the project management position with help from his customer service experience, as well as management background. Brooks’ skills were honed while managing a retail store before finishing school at NCSU; lending to his great organization and task management skills. Brooks' interests consist of music, film, and hockey. Brooks plays a number of instruments including guitar, drums, and piano. His favorite genre of film as well as literature is Science Fiction but he also enjoys horror films and film noir. Brooks' favorite hockey team is the Carolina Hurricanes. |

With her previous job as the Director of Community Outreach position, Celina has been heavily involved in her local community. Celina is fluent in English and Spanish.

Chris Elliott directs 123 Triad’s employees and clients in- Rye, NY; Denver, Colorado; and Dallas, TX. He is married with two little girls – Alexis & Rylee; and moved to Raleigh from upstate New York. Chris’ knowledge and quest to help others benefits 123 Triad’s team as a whole, as well as all of his clients. Chris strives for 100% satisfaction and aims to please everyone to the fullest extent of his capabilities. Along with his previous sales and customer service management experience, Chris has a degree in Culinary Arts and previously studied Restaurant Management. Chris also has over seven years experience within the home medical industry dealing with home respiratory and home infusion services, and durable medical equipment. When not working, Chris loves to play pool with his friends and enjoys hosting occasional parties. |

Christy Thom is a Project Manager with 123Triad. Moving to North Carolina from Ohio 10 years ago saw her changing career paths from a fine art environment, as a regional manager and associate buyer for a chain of national art galleries, to the burgeoning Information Technology industry in Research Triangle Park. Christy worked in the telecommunications industry for AT&T rising from the level of provisioning to break/fix in the realm of call center design and 800 number traffic and routing. Eventually seeking to mesh the dimensions of technology and the arts she stumbled into the world of graphic design. Finally finding a blend that inspired both her passion for organization and her ability to be creative in the realm of technology, she started working for a variety of local restaurants and night clubs doing event flier design and event marketing. Understanding her strengths in management and seeking to develop skills in web design she chose to delve into the originative world at 123Triad.A passionate photographer she has also had several local galleries and various other venues (coffee shops, restaurants and bars) displaying her artwork, most recently having been published in the Raleigh Quarterly arts magazine. |

Daniel Gardner holds a BA in English from NC State University with a curriculum concentration in writing studies. Daniel excelled as Project Manager and was quickly promoted to Supervisor, thanks in part to his years of customer service and management experience. Having traveled extensively throughout the United States in a professional capacity, he offers a highly developed sense of task management and communication to our company, improving the experiences of both employees and clients on a daily basis. Daniel’s interests consist of music and film, particularly classic horror films from the 40’s and 50’s. An avid reader, Daniel enjoys the works of Samuel Beckett, Michael Chabon, and Kurt Vonnegut, as well as the majority of the postmodern literary movement. Daniel was born and continues to reside in North Carolina but has travelled extensively throughout the nation. |

Jackie has had many years of customer service and supervisory work which helps maintain a happy client and enjoyable work environment. Jackie's interests include photography, art, architecture, music and traveling. Having traveled throughout the United States, Jackie has found a love in landscape photography which she translates into her own photography work. |

Jeni Morgan came to 123Triad as a corporate communication secretary. Jeni sought a place where she could get into the groove of the creative environment and develop her artistic skills beyond finger-painting and macaroni art, skills gained from 10 years of working in the child care industry as well as being an adoring mother of two boys, Isaac and Nathan. Having long had a passion for the arts, being active in her drama and arts groups in school, Jeni soon found herself inspired by the leading-edge environment at 123Triad and started to discover a passion in the web design world by creating personal networking pages for her friends and family. By delving into basic HTML she finally found her nitch and chose to pursue her passion by elevating to a position as a project manager with 123Triad. |

Jill Johns is a Project Manager at 123Triad. Jill was raised on the sunny coast of Southern California, but now lives in North Carolina with her newly acquired husband and two dogs. Having spent time on both the West and East coasts of the U.S., Jill has worked in an array of fields; from retail management, purchasing and merchandise management all the way to technical support and product knowledge for the world's most prolific fine art supplier. |

Joshua Kinney went to school in Upstate NY where he earned his Associates degree in Computer Systems and Networking while attending Genesee Community College. He then furthered his education at SUNY Cobleskill for two years studying their Electronic Publishing and Marketing program. Directly out of college, Joshua started a sales career working for a prestigious Penny Saver in NY for 2 years, then moving onward he worked in sales positions with CBS Radio advertising, and then with a printing company. The next logical step would be to combine his sales experience with his college pursuit, and thus he found 123Triad Web Design. He started off as a project manager and quickly moved into sales after just a couple short months, and hasn't looked back since. 123Triad is extremely lucky to have Joshua’s expertise, experience, calm demeanor and great sense of humor on its team. |

Justin Moreira is a Regional Business Development Supervisor responsible for local sales and the management of several 123Triad Satellite Sales Offices: Miami, Florida; Pittsburgh, PA; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Phoenix, Arizona. Justin was born in Erie, Pennsylvania where he graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Business Marketing & Associates in Business Administration. Justin is married to Trisha Bizub who he met while attending college in Pennsylvania. Justin and Trish currently reside in Raleigh, NC where they have recently purchased a beautiful new home. Justin’s hobbies include exercising, biking, and playing cards. When Justin is not to busy with everything else that surrounds his life you can find him shooting 18 on Sunday working on his dream of being the next Tiger Woods. |

Melanie Wood is a native of beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. She recently moved back to NC after living for 3 years in Boston MA. She's married to her husband Mark, and has a feisty Jack Russell Terrier, Nola. She enjoys gardening, cooking, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family. Her professional career began with studies in the Hair and Make-up industry nine years ago. She has explored and practiced all aspects of the field including sales, customer service, and management. In 2008, she decided to take on a new career challenge. Melanie joined 123Triad as Administrative Assistant and quickly learned the business of Web Design and Marketing. She was promoted to a Business Development Executive position and have been working in that capacity ever since. |

Mike Wilbur, born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a 123 Triad Web Design Project Manager. After Raleigh, Mike went on to study Art and Design at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, were his focus was fine art and illustration. It was during these years that Mike discovered commercial design while being asked to help with commissioned projects for the school. He then received a degree in Graphic Design from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, where he studied print, photography, illustration and web design. Mainly working in print for the first five years after graduating, Mike had this to say about his 123 Triad experience: “I initially joined the 123 Triad team to broaden my web design experience. I had learned web design in school, but it was not something I utilized much afterward. The most interesting part is finding exactly what makes a company tick – which is to figure out the best way to present their pertinent information. It's not just a brochure or sign that we're making for them. We're building their web identity”. Outside of work, Mike enjoys cooking, golfing, illustration, and socializing. |

Her vast knowledge of the retail industry, not to mention her personable and hard working attitude, has enabled her to succeed at 123 Triad. Rachel is currently majoring in Business at LATTC and will soon culminate her education at UCLA. She took to the culinary arts at a young age, and as a result, she enjoys baking all types of treats and desserts as well as cooking delicious, exotic gourmet meals for her family and friends. Rachel enjoys spending time with has 8 year old son and her husband. Rachel is Bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Robert played professional baseball in the late 80’s and early 90’s, so his working career started a little late. His background is coaching and developing business sales representatives. He started his career in retail management, managing sporting good stores, and later moved into the internet marketing industry before entering the banking industry in 2000. Robert is currently the Business Development Executive with 123 Triad and manages the Texas Regional office in Irving, TX, where he services and advise 123Triad’s clients on their website and internet marketing solutions such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay per Click); Robert has expert knowledge of Internet Advertising/Marketing of commercial/small businesses with knowledge of business economics. |

Having a Military background, joining the Marines and serving overseas in both security and legal details, gives Rodney the crisp, clear, no nonsense approach to how he manages his designs. Rodney has an entrepreneurial spirit wrapped up in a package of fresh insight on the developing economic world, having traveled extensively in his military career; learning several languages and developing his great love of world finance. He has taken that drive and worked in a variety of industries in management capacities (medical, financial, and legal) before finally deciding to pursue something that opened the doors into the world of electronic commerce. |

Rupesh Narvekar is Executive Managing Director at 123Triad. In addition to his leadership role of the firm’s 150+ team members, he is also responsible for the development and implementation of 123Triad's communications. This includes all corporate and public affairs, strategies, brand management, press, PR, and marketing and events. Rupesh is also responsible for human resources, expansion and organizational development. Rupesh is an influential member of the Web Design industry at large, a respected professional trader & a guest speaker at industry conferences. Rupesh has a B.S in Electrical Engineering with a Major in Electronics from SPCE and has a MBA from University of North Carolina. Rupesh has traveled to thirty five countries over five continents, enjoys gin & tonic and loves Mexican & Italian food. |

Terry Todd was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, where he graduated from Strawberry Mansion in 1994. After graduation he entered the United States Marine Corps where he was stationed in Washington, D.C. at 8th & 1st Marine Barracks as a member of the US Marine Corps Silent Drill Team. Terry participated in the inauguration of William Jefferson Clinton as president for his second term. He has been present for numerous White House Steak dinners and other White House functions. Upon completion of duty in the Marine Corps, Terry attended Computer Learning Center where he received an Associates Degree in Computer System Networking Technologies in November 2000. |

Thomas Weber was born in Brooklyn, New York on. He lived there until he was 6 and then moved to Raleigh, North Carolina. He went to Southeast Raleigh High School where he focused on computer sciences while playing varsity lacrosse for 3 years. He then went to Wake Tech where he focused on Computer Engineering. He works at 123 Triad as a Project Manager. He has 7 years of customer service experience and he uses that experience to maintain a great fun and productive experience. He likes skiing, rock climbing and playing a lot of sports. He also loves playing “Rock Band” and he’s killer on the drums. Thomas aims to be a professional cage fighter one day. |

Tiffany Ogren. directs the sales department across the nation, particularly the Raleigh, NC; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; and Seattle, WA regional offices. She comes to 123 Triad from a strong background in customer service as well as retail and direct sales. Tiffany has earned two degrees, in general studies as well as fine art. A Phi Theta Kappa member, she earned spots on the President’s List eight consecutive semesters and was awarded the coveted Excellence in Academics medal for the Fine Art discipline. Tiffany’s background in art and design, service and sales, and her love of technology and innovation make her a valuable addition to 123 Triad team. On a personal side, Tiffany is an excellent Tennis player & loves to watch Football. Tiffany also loves cooking and inventing new cocktails. |

Victoria Almeida, is lovingly called "Vicky" by everybody who know her, Vicky is a bilingual Project Manager at 123Triad, working mostly with 123Triad's Spanish speaking clients. She enjoys being able to contribute in the process of building great websites for her clients. Growing up in a bi-lingual family has sponsored a mindset that wants her to see people of different nationalities grow in their knowledge of the possibilities available on the World Wide Web. Vicky has a strong commitment to helping others grow and inspires a sense of balance and calm in her approach to designing and managing her projects. Being an avid lover of life and activity she enjoys playing sports such as volleyball and soccer, but is not one to sit and watch them on TV. Vicky is also finishing her Business Administration at Wake Tech. |
