Triangle Nutrition Consulting, LLC. is a nutrition consulting service founded and operated by Christa Brixey, a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. Christa provides  her clients with the tools needed to win the daily struggles with food no matter what the disease or condition, personalizing a dietary treatment to assist them with a number of medical conditions including:

After assessing the client’s dietary needs and goals, Christa will custom design a treatment plan, and coach them towards achieving your goals, using such tools as Resting Metabolic Rate testing, Computerized Dietary Analysis, Body Composition, Customized Meal Planning, and Behavior Modification with Lifestyle Assessment.
Christa has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and holds a Masters Degree from Ball State University, and is certified in childhood, adolescent and adult weight management. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association , with over 14 years experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics including counseling, sales and management. With proven nutritional and weight loss success from her clients, Christa will keep you motivated to realize your goals.

Christa has shared her talents with the community on numerous occasions lecturing on Healthy Kids in the Kitchen, Eating on The Run, Uncovering the Facts of Food Labels, and Finding Food Balance For Life. Her work experience, combined with her passion for coaching individuals toward a healthy lifestyle, make her an ideal fit for personal nutrition coaching or speaking at your next meeting.
